OK! So I purchased your service because your sales support team said you had VPN service for British Columbia Canada. I had been using the Kelowna, Canada VPN service since June of this year however, it is no longer on the listed as an available server. I require service for British Columbia, Canada. Will you be providing the British Columbia service I have paid for?
