    Hello support team,
    lowds of trouble to connect to VON via ANY server. Pls. advice at the earliest what to
    do to fix the issue.

    Dear Support Experts,
    I'm pretty unhappy with PureVPN. Sitting here in China you know, that I need a good virtual
    machine. But it doesn't work most of the time. It's like sit and hope. in 90% of the
    cases I don't get connected. If I get connected then on a very limited speed.
    Please advice what I can do better (don't know what, at it's just click connect),
    otherwise, I'd ask to get my money back!
