    Horrible service. If I could still claim a 7 day money back guarantee I would. I work in the North American tech industry and I will defineitley be spreading the word of this sub-par service.

    I'm having speed issues; using Mac OS X 10.9.5.

    Wondering if there was any future updates planned for the version of the software compatible with my opertaing system,

    and any suggestions to help mediate the problem.
