    To whom it may concern,

    The service in China is having problems. It is possible to connect to an outside server, but it's way too slow for anything, even for small websites to display in a regular speed.
    The internet connection is working fast, but once we try to connect the VPN, it gets stuck. Is there anything we can do to improve the speed of the connection?
