    unable to load purevpn. Cannot access gmail emails. Yahoo requires a code for their email. Cannot get code as email access not available.
    PureVPN say to Install TAP driver to use open VPN.
    Rt click task bar icon - click reinstall open VPN.
    That is not an option when right clicking task bar icon.
    I am froze out of options. Can you do something there to open purevpn for me and give me way to install open VPN?

    I am often disconnected and when try to reconnect see a lower ribbon that says, : Install TAP Driver to use open VPN. Right click task bar icon -click "reinstall Open VPN." unfortunately the task bar offers no such option and I can find no mention of open VPN anywhere or locate a users manual to help me with answering questions. My Live Chat button brings me to a blank support screen that does nothing. My feedback is that I wish more support was provided to make the use of PureVPN more enjoyable, easy and less frustrating.
