    Hi PureVPN,

    I am currently in China, so I need VPN to work really bad, because I need to graduate.
    Everytime I try to connect I get the following note: Error 647 Account is disabled.
    Can you please help me?
    I do have a working Wi-Fi and a valid account.
    Currently three other people are in the same room as me working with PureVPN as well.
