Hello PureVPN,
Something is messed up. I cannot access online chat/help. I cannot use the email help option either (as the chat is blank and it is asking me to click past that).
Every time I try to use VPN for Australia or Canada (fastest), I lose all online access. Some systems are functional ... but I want AU and Can.
Is there something I can do?
I am running Windows 10. Not sure if that has something to do with this?
