    VPN does onnect, but data transmission is near zero all the time. It does not work? What todo? I alraedy did ask you two times.

    Extremely slow connection from China Southwest via ffastest servers in China, Hongkong or Japan. Videos impossible, even without encryption.

    What to do? Service not usable for videos. e-g- Youtube

    My last e-mail with similar content was not answered. Why?

    Your VPN service is death !!
    always the same fault: After very long login (over 1min.)
    the same answer (Error 800) in different servers: China, Hongkong, Taiwan,

    I logged in as I did before, ID + Password had been saved and worked before.

    Please fix this quickly. I need it urgently.
