a few months after subscribing for two year period i have serious misgiving about PUREVPN. I have not been able to properly use this service since i bought it. A few hours ago i sent a request for hepl as my dashboard on my computor was not working , I was advised to uninstall the app and re install which i did. not i cannot connect at all ,Ihave tried to contact your tech department and cannot even send a message now ! quite dissapointed
