I have been unable to connect using my VPN all day. I understand that sometimes there may be some outages but I haven't gotten an email stating such. I am currently deployed overseas and now have no way to talk to family on the one day that I get to talk to them. I have tried connecting numerous times and just feel that I purchased this VPN because it was the best and because I figured if I paid good money that it would work. Any insight on how to get this problem fixed would be greatly appreciated.
