    Has been nearly a week now since major service disruption and no vpn improvement as yetr from purevpn. My service from you was good for aboout a month and now it is not. No facebook, no youtube, very slow contact with us websites. Have used some of your suggested vbandaid fix ideas but still can not get connected to aforementioned websites. WHen will you be back providing proper service to China? I am a US expat and paid $48 for 2 uyears service but only have been able to use for one month.
