    Hi,
    PureVPN has been out of function since yesterday.
    I cannot connect to any of the servers in all modes (PPTP,L2TP etc) and also with & without encryption.
    I also restarted the program a few times and rebooted the computer but its no good.
    Please see to it ASAP!

    Also I would like to know whether your customer support is available via Skype.
