    Dear Whom it may concern.

    I found that I could not connect to VPN and I tryed to connect mannually by following the instruction which you informed me by email.

    To be honest, I was even not able to read the instruction which was hyperlinked in your email, coz I used other VPN Program to read it properly.

    I followed the instruction and input a uk server dns manually

    But still I have the same issue.

    Please help me.
