    purevpn connection is extremely unstable,

    I'm China, I use fastest L2TP japan, every couple of days, I can't connect to the japan server.
    And even I can connect, after some time, it will drop connection automatically.

    I can't use other servers, because they are so slow.

    The vpn service you provide is worst among all I've used.

    I just want to say, I won't choose purevpn next time. And I'll spread my disappointment to all my friends, and they won't choose you as well.

    I think this doesn't mean much to you because you don't care about your customer even a little bit after they've paid just like you advertise to guarantee 100% moneyback but never state clearly there's limitation for moneyback.

    You cheat your customer, what you care!!!!
