I keep getting this message:
"You do not seem to be connected to the internet. PureVPN connection could not be established. Would you like to try again."
I then have to go through the process of entering my password again and then try to connect. I am having to go throught this process repeatedly, without success - please advise what I should do to be able to reliably use your service.It is becoming very frustrating.An error occurred while saving the comment lyman

i cannot check mark the box for "connect after launch", it seems grayed out, maybe this is the problem with the program constantly and repeatedly asking for my password - please help

Is the Package I'm indicating correct?
Still having problems maintaining and reestablishing connectivity.
when computer hibernates connection is lost and always asks for my password before it will reconnect and then a lot of the time it doesn't want to connect.
Also the P icon at the top of my screen does not change in any way to indicate whether or not it is connected.
I have listed these deficiencies before but have not heard anything back.An error occurred while saving the comment lyman

when i wakeup my macbook pro it takes a few seconds to reestablish internet connection so purevpn comes up with an alert saying connection failed.
Is it possible to have a short delay before purevpn tries to connect?An error occurred while saving the comment lyman

I'm using a macbook pro and find some of the functions of the vpn client not working.
Also, is there a way to tell when vpn is connected by the color of the icon at the top of the screen? It is just a black P and it doesn't change color when connected.
Also I'm in Canada but your tool to find the fastest server comes up with Niger?

Your program just keeps getting worse - it's becoming unusable.
besides my previous complaints the program is also shuttting down completely for no apparent reason. Is there a new version available for Mac? Please do something!
