I have had nothing but problems since I 1st loaded the beta program which completely disabled my browser, Firefox. After uninstalling PureVPN, I spent hours resurrecting. Since I had talked myself into making the leap with a year commitment, I loaded your older version. I've had difficulties with username/password on both versions. As of now, I don't know my username. I have, as yet, to successfully connect to the internet using your infrastructure. While the older version has not disrupted my system, I would like to utilize your services as originally intended. It is possible that I am a moron - but not that likely.
So if you could send me an email with login details including username & password along with a time for me to expect a call from your office from someone qualified to walk even a moron through the use of your program, I would be very happy.
