    Still does not work after almost two months. Tired of trying things over and over that don't work. You did not fix this, and we had to get another VPN. I don't want to try any more of your workarounds. I have wasted DOZENS of hours I do not have. Please refund all of our money. Cheryl.

    Hello. I emailed you a long while back and you said China tightened their firewalls at the New Year and you were working on it and in the meantime I should follow the ideas noted. None of them worked on any of our computers so we bought Express VPN to tide us over (they have a 30 day money back guarantee). It has come and gone and Pure VPN doesn't work ever on any of our devices or computers. We want all of our money back because we are tired of repeatedly trying and trying your different solutions that don't work when all we should have to do is click one button. I have wasted dozens of hours on PureVPN that doesn't work. You failed us and we want our money back. Cheryl

    Our VPN has not worked for anyone's computer for 24 hours. It sometimes gets stuck on the server (server failed message), and most often ends iwth VPB Error 800: The tunnels failed. Doesn't matter what I put as the country (australia, belgium, U.S. fastest, U.S. netflix). And it seems to go around trying to verify username and password. We have tried to change from automatic to manual and so on. We are in Beijing. Cheryl.

    Hello. I wrote about a month ago because the VPN doesn't work very well at all. It never has worked great, but now it drops very often and has only very near 0 as in/out numbers. I have grown weary of all the time I spend relogging into this over and over again to no avail. I am planning to switch services, but since I paid for this one and set up everything on all our computers, I thought I might give you one more try to fix it. Cheryl.

    Hello. I have your VPN. The past week or so, much of the time it doesn't work, even when it does connect with the in and out numbers usually hovering around 0. I have been advised to use another VPN, but I paid for your VPN and have it on all the computers so I want to know if this is temporary or not. We can't even think of watching Netflix and I even have trouble getting google much of the time. Cheryl.
