    I believe that I have paid for your service, but have not been able to connect. Password, that I thought was correct, is always rejected. Alternative email may have been Pinewoods40@gmail.com

    At the moment, I can not connect because you reject my name and password. I have paid and downloaded the software, but otherwise am getting nothing from my purchase.
