Please provide residential network service.
Could we include residential IPs in the VPN app? I'm interested in accessing the internet via IP addresses from ISPs for unblocking websites and surfing locally. Additionally, this feature would greatly assist my web scraping requirements.

restore important servers that have been deleted, and add more payment method options.
in 2023, I have many hopes for purevpn.
I have subscribed to purevpn since 2019. And it doesn't feel like it's been 4 years of using this VPN.
I experienced ups and downs when I used this VPN. at first I was very happy and interesting, because purevpn has many important servers that we need. as well as the ease of making payment methods. but now all that is gone. purevpn no longer has high integrity towards customers. purevpn thinks only money, money and money only.
We are not satisfied with the current service. we ask 2 things.

Please support Sky X over Austrian Server and Sky CH over Swiss Server
It would be very useful if PureVPN would support Sky X via skyx.sky.at. Unfortunately all current Austrian servers are blocked, it is not possibe to access the website.
Moreover, it would be great if you would support the website sky.ch via the swiss servers. Currently the website detects the use of an vpn server and so it is not possible to enter the website.
Thank you!

Add option
Add "bypass the VPN for local network" option to your software settings on firestick. While I liked your software. I didn't purchase it since I couldn't access my network on firestick using your VPN.

Favorite locations submenu in the macOS menubar
The menubar on macOS is not very useful in its current form. It would be hugely more useful if a submenu that listed all of the locations I've favorited in the app was included.

Add BYPASS by app, by site, by IP to Windows app.
Split tunneling is underwhelming. Or, to say correctly, performs completely different task for completely different uses.
Say, I want VPN to be bypassed for sites like YouTube and my banking site (cuz it doesn't like foreign IP) and some applications like League of Legends (where ping is important). There are more examples, but you get the point. For all other sites and apps I want VPN to be always turned on and working.
SurfShark has it, and if i knew PureVPN lacks it, i wouldn't get subscription. =((1 vote -

'Background Items Added' Notification after each reboot
This is very annoying to me, doubly so, because a lot of third party apps haven't made this tweak for MacOS Ventura when this problem first arose (everywhere on the web). I made a systems check with EtreCheck Pro and found that it's definitely PureVPNs Mac Application (not the browser extension) that creates the problem. Troubleshooting online and deleting ~/Library/LaunchDaemons and /Library/LaunchAgents files worked for other apps, Why not this one? I just upgraded to a 3-year plan and am using V. 9.8.0-PROD1 with Ventura 13.3.1.
