The number one thing that a VPN service (or any web based service) needs to have are security, and reliability.
If PureVPN gets hacked and there are data leaks the platform fails at the one thing it is intended to do. (That's not intended to sound rude it's just the truth)
If the platform is unreliable and inconsistent people will stop paying for it.
So far PureVPN is both secure and reliable but that needs to be maintained in order for the users to stay and remain happy.

Add a server in Hawaii where hi ranking corporate individuals are moving to now that we can work remotely. I have been working remotely since the 90's, but this year my wife has had new clients from tech companies such as Microsoft and others who have decided that 4 $10 million house in Hawaii is a better life than a $10 million house in silicon valley. You can see my point, right?

Avoid the constant changes of dedicated IP addresses, since I purchased my dedicated IP a couple of years ago PUREVPN has changed my addresses at least twice. Dedicated IP addresses are purchased because client wants to keep that address, otherwise, we as clients would just pay for a regular VPN.

My suggestion would be, please update and clean up your help section.
Your server list seems outdated. I have copied over the name many times in different configurations and it just will not connect or load. IP address has changed so frequently that it's just difficult for those of us say on a router who have one address programmed in there to keep getting a successful connection.
The help section also has different OVPN files for different operating systems and devices for their broken down into holding new versions. Is that really necessary?
Wouldn't want to file a work for everything since most people are probably copying them over into an app…3 votes -

Improve the dedicated ip service stability. No more connection timeout
There are frequent connection timeouts recently when accessing my web site published with fixed ip address assigned by the dedicated ip service. The tech support has to refresh my VPN account in order to fix the issue. I hit the same issues 3 times in a month recently which is very annoying.

The IKS does not work always.
The IKS does not work with any other protocol than TCP. With TCP works great and reconnect always in time when the internet connection is active again.
With AUTOMATIC protocol, with UDP and with IKEV protocol, does not reconnect if the internet dropped(usually with a "No internet connection found" error).With wifi on or data on is the same thing.

Add RAI TV to the popular apps section of the PureVPN Amazon Stick and Android apps
To watch RAI TV outside Italy using PureVPN a dedicated IP is needed as the standard Italian servers are blocked. This is OK if you want watch RAI TV on your Windows PC or Laptop as there is a setting to use a dedicated IP in the app. But many users these days watch TV on their smart TVs so adding RAI TV to the popular apps section of the PureVPN Amazon Stick and Android apps would allow RAI TV to work.

Dedicated IP: Close Older Connection When New Connection is Attempted
By nature, the dedicated IP add-on will only work correctly over one connection at a time. So if that is the only product that a customer is using, there is no reason to allow more than one connection to remain open at any time.
Therefore, my request is as follows: for customers that only use the dedicated IP add-on, the moment a new connection is attempted, terminate all connections that were created earlier so that the new connection is assigned the correct IP.

Bring back the ping sorted list
Your new version took away the sorted list on initial ping test with best country on top. The country list is only listed alphabetically now. The sorted list needs to return. It was very helpful.

Per packet dynamic server selection, depending on destination ip address
It would be fantastic if your VPN client could dynamically direct each packet to the server that is closest to its destination IP address. This would greatly:
a. increase speed (fewer hops),
b. better distribute traffic load on your servers (increasing overall responsiveness),
c. and increase security by making it harder to state actors to perform timing analysis.

Better Speed and More Servers
SPEEDS and more inputs for Cities! I suggest under larger cities like Chicago, LA, and New York (the 3 largest cities in the US) you have more connection nodes for each city.
