My suggestion would be, please update and clean up your help section.
Your server list seems outdated. I have copied over the name many times in different configurations and it just will not connect or load. IP address has changed so frequently that it's just difficult for those of us say on a router who have one address programmed in there to keep getting a successful connection.
The help section also has different OVPN files for different operating systems and devices for their broken down into holding new versions. Is that really necessary?
Wouldn't want to file a work for everything since most people are probably copying them over into an app anyway?
Nl2-auto-udp
Nl2-ovpn-udp
Is it pointoserver.com or ptoserver.com? The names and addresses seem to change weekly as do the IP addresses.
So, my suggestion would be, please update and clean up your help section. Get rid of unnecessary configuration files. Please stop asking your help personnel to ask people to download and open VPN Linux app for 64-bit systems when they're not on a 64-bit Debian system.
If you're pushing people to use the apps, you should realize that there are a lot of us techies out here that prefer working through a command line on a variety of systems and we don't want to use an app because we're running headless systems.
The service runs fine WHEN it connects.
