    Most of the time when auto-reconnect I not able to get any data through - I then have to turn off and back on to make it work. You only do that a few times before turning off is the better option - fix it!

    I’m on MacBook Pro M1 - Big Sur.

    Hello everyone,

    Happy to report that we have shipped the option to remove icon from the dock.

    You can do that by simply going to Preferences > General and enabling the ‘Hide icon from Dock’ option.

    We’re also working on making ‘auto-connect’ more user friendly. Will keep you updated about it.

  5. Translate PureVPN app for Windows v8.0 into many language

    May it be possible to translate the latest v8.0 Windows app of PureVPN into many languages other that the only English one currently? Translate into French if possible.
    The previous v7.0 of the app supported translations. What a pity the v8.0 is no more available into other languages expect English...

  7. The connection indicator

    On the connection page showing the county that I’m connected too, the connection indicator shows in RED if I’m connected. This is backwards it should be green’. Simple solution, make it read “connected” or “disconnected “ or “UP” or “down”. Not red or green. In the USA red means off Green means on.

    BBC should not default to a sports page. it should default to the main BBC iPlayer page. I have turned in this request at least 10 times and it seems reasonable to me. Why don't you do it?

    Please Honor the lifetime deal you offered with your vendors like stack social. I still see the lifetime deals on the your home page which does not work though which means you did have it earlier.
    I am one such customer. I raised a ticket (1655746 ) your team said its not their problem but stack social. I got the same deal with windscribe and they are honoring it.

    With recent news suggesting secret web snooping tools in the UK https://www.wired.co.uk/article/internet-connection-records-ip-act it would be good to see how you're improving your security features. We mention some of the improvements required in our review.

    I would return the question to you and ask how can affiliate sites like my own improve our service for customers to get an accurate recommendation for the best VPN for their needs. We talk about how a number of review sites recommend different VPNs for certain services potentially confusing the customer/VPN shopper.
