improve customer's status management. Please remove cancelled/refunded subscriptions
Even one of two accounts were cancelled/refunded and I no longer use it, it still remains in my profile. Having two accounts cannot allow me to login with my e-mail and the record caused a subscription error and my active account was locked !! Please remove unnecessary account from the record and make it simple. Thanks.

Reconnect to last used server when Chrome starts even if VPN wasn't connected when Chorme was shut down.
This would ensure VPN is always connected upon initial startup of Chrome.

split tunneling fix
the split tunneling function works correctly in windows but when the system unlocks from the suspension of windows or the connection is lost split tunneling stops working and the only way for it to work again is that the user have to disconnect the vpn and deactivate split tunneling and reactivate it again and reconnect the vpn that's very annoying and uncomfortable please work in solve this problem so that this process can be done automatically by the software

the option to re-generate allocated IP when in Chrome extension(UK)
Since bbc is often reviewing the IP addresses they block (based on the nr of connections coming within a certain time) it happens often that i get allocated a blocked UK IP so i cannot view iplayer shows. In the Application, this problem seem to be solved, but in chrome extension even if i turn it off and on again, i get allocated the same IP (which is blocked), and this is stuck, so i cant access iplayer.

Allow custom reverse IP address resolution for those with fixed IP
I'm running my own mail server (along with many other things) behind the fixed IP PureVPN has granted me but I find that some mail servers try to match my server name with my IP address by using reverse DNS resolution which renders my server having a poor reputation. Having the ability to customize the reverse DNS record corresponding to my IP address would allow me to pass this control and have higher reputational scoring.

The app splash screen lasts for 5 long seconds. I don't need to see that for the thousandth time. Let me go straight to the control screen.

Change app prompts
I had trouble logging into the app. It asked for my email but kept giving me the error message 'Incorrect Email or Password.'
PureVPN support said that I should use my active username instead of my email.
MY SUGGESTION IS Change app prompt to 'Enter active username OR email'.
If one doesn't work I think the average user would try the other and not have to contact PureVPN support.1 vote -

Android TV I do live in USA I don't need any USA or Eroupe servers all I use is Middle East servers so I have to install Apk for outdated version 2.02 March 2019 so I pay money to install an Apk like I am stealing this is so frustrating please update Android TV app if u don't want to add all servers add a searching server location feature and favorite a server location

Support LPTP on Routers
Currently only PPTP supported on Routers. My Huawei F2000 only has LPTP so can't be configured to use PureVPN. Please add support for LPTP on routers

Limit download speed.
I would like to be able to limit the download speed of my connection. Service providers try to achieve highest bandwidth possible but watching videos means that this can be expensive if the provider charges by the gigabyte. I would like to be able to limit the download speed to 1 to 2 megabytes per second

Include link to invoices in Account & Billing area.
No easy way to find invoices at the moment. Also once you finally get to the invoices page, if you click on an invoice number, it's a bad link.
