new sign ups need to b told ther will b 2 sets of id and passcodes.
one set computer generated and one set self generated id and passcode AND explain the difference. Also password managers have a hard time to record your computer generated id and passcodes.

Renewing Subscriptions By Accepting Online Offer
When I recently renewed my old 2 year subscription by accepting the online offer of 5 years for a lower monthly price, I was thinking that my old membership would be simply extended by another 5 years beginning with the expiry date of my old plan. But I was surprised to find that I had actually been issued a brand new 5 year plan beginning with today's date and expiring 5 years from today -- not from the end of my original 2 year plan. Specify the date the app was last updated
Currently on the website when downloading the Purevpn app, it specifies the version and md5 hash for the file. Adding the date the file is made available on the website would be helpful. currently i am using the 2nd newest version of the PureVPN OSX app due to issues with the newest version (already reported).
I know i need to upgrade, but i need a version released after the current one, an option in the app to skip the current newest version so it no longer informs me that the unwanted version is available could also be useful.1 vote -

Could you change your FireFox / Chrome plugin so users can create "custom server" list by adding /removing specific servers. So far even i've paid for premium package i can't really use my country while using plugin version ;/ If you could update your plugin with this feature that would be amazing

Automated emails that are usless for the customer need fixing
Getting emails like the one below is useless to me the customer, what does the number represent, where can i see this number so i know which it refers to?
Giving me the number of my request would be good but given I can’t see where that number is on the website, what am I even supposed to do with the number?
Providing some the content would be better, such as the 1 line short description not the whole content, at least then I have a better chance of knowing what this relates to. With just the number it means…1 vote -

I have just wasted 20 minutes of my time resetting my user name & password. your email of the username duplicates the first part of the username. and then it fails. Send only the number, not duplicate the prefix purevpn0s I found this very frustrating, annoying, & time wasting the last 3 times I have had to reset my password & user name
