I have just wasted 20 minutes this time and the same amount of time the last couple of times I had to reset the login.
I have just wasted 20 minutes of my time resetting my user name & password. your email of the username duplicates the first part of the username. and then it fails. Send only the number, not duplicate the prefix purevpn0s I found this very frustrating, annoying, & time wasting the last 3 times I have had to reset my password & user name
