  2. Allow choosing of SPECIFIC servers in Firefox Ext

    Firefox Ext should allow us to select specific servers. Often the default server in a country is INCREDIBLY slow. It's a **** shoot to connect and reconnect until one finally finds an adequately fast server.

  10. Sort server list by User Load Percentage %

    Provide your users the ability to sort all your servers by User Load percentage per city. This will really save a lot of time so that users will not have to connect/disconnect to numerous servers just to find a fast server, especially as your in app ping servers is very buggy and does not work properly.

    Perhaps in the meantime, you can provide that option to sort servers by user load on your website for your users, till your development team adds that ability to your software new version. The on website feature will also be helpful for linux users…

  11. Add OpenVPN support on Mikrotik router

    I have decided that I want to use purevpn because you have all the servers that support TCP and UDP protocols and all versions of VPN, including OpenVPN. My problem occurred trying to connect with OpenVPN on my Mikrotik. In support, they answered that OpenVPN and Mikrotik are currently not possible, but we are working on it. I would very much like to use the purevpn service, so please repair it to openVPN on Mikrotik. Well thank you.

  12. Split tunneling traffic monitoring

    The ability to see if an application is actually communicating through PureVPN. Just the name in a list is not certain enough. Maybe some application updated itself and has become a different executable. So when I know application XYZ should be using the split tunnel, it would be nice to see that traffic from that application is going through PureVPN. After all PureVPN already differentiates on application, so showing that info should not be a major problem.

  17. COMMON SENSE? Add a member area login button to your home page!

    Go to "purevpn.com" and there is 30 places to subscribe for service, but there is no link to login to the members area. You guys are good but this is asinine. I have to go to google and search for "Pure VPN Login".

    I noticed the browser extension doesn't have Greece as an option, but has every other European country. Could a note be made to add Greece in the next extension update. You have Turkey, and you don't have Greece? PLEASE make sure to add Greece to the extension. There is a very popular channel in Greece called ANT1. It cannot be streamed on their website if you're outside of Greece. It is much easier and convenient if Greece can be selected from the extension instead of loading up the app on your computer.   20. Server Maintenance Check List / Website

    There are cases where some countries with only few servers or we wish to connect to a specific city/ country, but couldn't.
    In this case, we have to talk to the live agent to check whether the servers are on maintenance. With a page or list of some sort which can simply point out whether they are on maintenance or not is much easier and time saving than talking to a live agent to find it out.
