Provide your users the ability to sort all your servers by User Load percentage per city. This will really save a lot of time so that users will not have to connect/disconnect to numerous servers just to find a fast server, especially as your in app ping servers is very buggy and does not work properly.

Perhaps in the meantime, you can provide that option to sort servers by user load on your website for your users, till your development team adds that ability to your software new version. The on website feature will also be helpful for linux users and when your users have to use your dialing hot fix older versions.

I also hope you do provide users with all of the servers you have per city. Such as au1.pointtoserver.com au2. au3 au4 or be1. be2. be3. etc. This way users can decide to connect to the server with the lowest user load, instead of relying on your system to connect users to the fastest servers which often fails to work efficiently and connects users slow servers.

You can also include sort all servers by distance, number of users, server status if the server is down, or under maintenance or is just working properly. We really need very quick, instant live updates of your servers status, this will really help users to choose the most suitable server to connect to.
