Allow us to pick what state in the USA to connect to. Also do not redirect us, connected in the usa, but ads are shown in other currencies.
I connect in the usa, I can no longer see or choose which location i connect to, also being redirected to another country as all the ads show up in currencies other than US $. I cannot see when my subscription expires, and not renewing until I know you are paying attention to suggestions and bringing back features that worked for us. Its your program, but if the client has no control, then he is no longer a client. Just someone sending money for you to do what pleased you.

Firestick app: default country and auto-log in features.
Please, allow us to select a default country the firestick app logs into. Also, it would be nice if the app automatically established an IP connection with said country whenever the Firestick was in use.

Our openvpn ports are very few (TCP80 & UDP53). User can choice any poor ports.So I suggest our openvpn adding by many ports .Thanks.

Can you please publish configuration information for using PureVPN on TP-Link Archer C50 WiFi Router? This Router IS compatible with PPTP !
TP-Link Archer C50 is a current (2018) generation WiFi Router Product, and very popular. It supports PPTP, but PureVPN has not published configuration specifications to configure this router to utilize PureVPN over PPTP. PureVPN supports PPTP, and the TP-Link Archer C50 Supports PPTP. So why can't I get the specifics from PureVPN to configure my WiFi Router???? It shouldn't be that difficult. I just bought this Router and I have just bought 5 years of PureVPN. What's the problem here???

Disable OpenDNS and ddclient updaters to avoid posting our masked IPs to our personally linkable accounts like OpenDNS and ddclient dynip
I have 2 updaters that run in the background: OpenDNS updater for Mac lets OpenDNS know my synamic IP for my account and ddclient updates my dynip to a personal domainname. I would be good if PureVPN could block these while VPN is on to avoid linking these anonymous IPs with my accounts. I can, and will remember to turn them off manually, but even a reminder in PureVPN would be helpful.

Block a website while its window is open or block it’s tab without opening it.
PureVP already has a feature to block websites but there is no way to add a website and /or their tab to the “Block” list without having to leave the website you want to open to go to the PUREVPN app. For example, lets say I open YouTube and another website loads at the same time which redirects you to their site or opens a new window as a tab. If I want to block that second website’s tab or redirected window, I want to block that site when I click the tab without having to open the site. Having…

Your VPN ALWAYS disconnects without letting me know, and I’ll be unprotected. Create a centerscreen notification.
At your instruction I have changed servers and locations and the problem persists. A huge warning box right in the center of the screen with a button to reconnect within the warning box. The tools to reconnect, Location, Quick Connect, and Channel should be in the box as well so there would be no need to open the app.

Multi connection between PureVPN Servers like Tor Network
Like ProtonVPN, they have Core Servers. These servers are located in seriously privacy laws like Sweden, Switzerland … Core Servers are just the intermediate servers for clients to connect to their desire websites.
Clients (IP 1) -> Core Servers (IP 2) -> Desired IP/websites of clients.
Or Clients (IP 1) -> Core Servers (IP 2) -> Tor Networks -> Desired IP/websites of clients.13 votes -
You have to fix the problem with the server in Venezuela. The Venezuelan IP addres does not work !!
Install a physical server in Venezuela to resolve the problem with the IP address

About Ticket Issue
I have been noticing it from the beginning. When a problem rising for expert then support team creating a ticket and sending day after day this problem solved email. It's very very annoying. We are facing problem and in the other hand, they are sending successful mail. So, i would like to request to create a dashboard option for all customer where they can see their activities about problems and update. So, any support team can see the last update even customer can see the progress. Otherwise, it's too much time killing.

The desktop App should pop up if disconnected from VPN to alert the user of connection status. App doesn't reconnect after sleep mode.
