Received a notice advising to update PureVPN, but it was an inconvenient time.
Returning later, I cannot find a "Check for Updates" menu item. Going to the "About Us" web page and Support makes no mention of an update.

I can't update, and I can't even find my current version number ....

I have subscribed a year plan, but from day one I have facing
connection problems throughout all my devices, iOS, andriod, MacOS and Windows 8 and 10.

Several times I have stated that I see no reason to develop a wifi router with vpn built in. But the more I think about it, the more I think that it is a good idea. My own particular needs are a strong 3 band router like Netgear Nighthawk. The situation as I see it is that there are good established wifi router companies with broad product lines and marketing already established. If you can get the right patents to cover you, you might want to approach netgear or another company to joint venture the product. But you are right, there is a need for this type of product.

Are there any servers that will work reasonably fast for customers in China?
The servers used to work (Japan, Australia, Singapore, US west coast) are all painfully slow now.
Tried all protocols. I'm connecting from Shanghai. Honestly, PureVPN is a bit lagging behind other competitors in terms of penetrating the Great Firewalls.

I see that you have manual settings on your website for connecting to the PUREVPN on Linux.
However, there is alot of functionality missing when compared to the application that you have for Windows. The ability to choose 128 or 256 bit encryption, encryption protocol, split tunneling, p2p file sharing and alot more than these mentioned here.
After the revelations concerining the lack of privacy in Windows 10, I think alot of your customers will be switching to alternative operating systems and Linux will become very popular. Given that it would be relatively easy to port the Andriod app over to Linux also, I think you should seriously consider producing a dedicated Linux application for your service similar to the one in Windows in order to stay competative in your market.

I like your service and would like to stay with you but I will be switching if, at the end of my contract with you, you do not have full support for Linux and I find that another service does.

I am having problems connecting to the United States via my vpn. For example when I connect to the American vpn and I search with google it comes up with google germany. Also when I try to connect with netflix I can see all the us espisodes but I cannot watch them as it comes up with an error message saying I cannot connect as I am outside the US. Are you able to help?
