I would like to see a little toolbar I could put on the taskbar even a simple green if connected or red if dissconected, the graph like in dashboard would be handy but with green or red background depending if connected or not.

Hello, my vpn seems to keep disconnecting every 20 minutes or so. I used the Dedicated IP thing to use Netflix US. What can i do to sop this? And the problem starts as i used a LAN cable for interenet instead of WIFI, dont know if that has anything to do with it but just incase it does.

i'm using the PureVPN client app on mac osx 10.10.5
and every time i want to connect i have to reenter my password.
i have the "remeber me" box checked but the doesn't rememer the password -

Hello, Purevpn stopped working completely, doesn't connect to all servers,
I can't enter Facebook, Google and Youtube.
Could you check connection and fix the problem? -

Hi
I emailed recently about being unable to connect via my VPN in China and was sent a list of possible solutions, all of which require a working VPN to access. Do you have another solution? My VPN no longer works at all.

i am totally frustrated with this site the only thing that ipurchased it for was to watch english premier league football. i have spent the entire day on the connectup page telling me i am connected wow!! where oh where do i go to see what i am connected to does any know where and if so perhaps they could share that vital piece of information with me

My user ID is: purevpn0s660933 and I'm a user in China. I have been experiencing difficulties in connecting to Pure VPN most of the time either via PC and Mobile. Many of the countries are unable to connect and I'm really annoyed by the interruption od usage especially when I'm duoing research for my academic paper. Can you please review theccurrent issues and let me know a how can I get a better services please. Thank you!

Is there currently an issue with China and Pure? I haven't been able to connect for two days. Prior to that, I had several weeks of spotty connectivity. As a foreigner living in China, I rely on Pure for much of my communcation back home and for work as well. The connectivity issues have increasing been very burdensome. I hope someone can shed a little light on the situation. Thank you,
