I am sophia from China. I bought the Pure VPN last week.
I always try to connect the Pure VPN.
But I can't connect. Its indicate the Error 721.
Pease help me solve this problem, Thanks.

After trying for weeks, iqiyi.com still sees vpn connections through your China servers as coming from outside China and therefore block the access.

VPNs are expected to splutter in the Mainland until March 14 due to increased censorship during the liang hui (two sessions), an annual gathering of the NPC (National People’s Congress) and CPPCC (China and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference) according to BeijingTimes.

"On March 4 2016, many ***VPN users from China found they could no longer connect to their VPN service. Many received a message from ***VPN saying “Due to increased censorship in the upcoming 10 days, VPN service might not work well in China. We expect everything will get better after March 14. You will be compensated for the time service is unavailable when the issue stop.”

I tried to connect after i have downloaded and installed.It keeps telling me my password is incorrect.what can i do?.

Good day. First of all, i am quite disappointed to know that i am not able to chose a China VPN server from the drag down list where during my check on your website server list, you stated there are a few China VPN servers in your portfolio spreading across 2 locations in China.

Then i approached your support where i was dealing with 2 person during my multiple attempt to troubleshoot. I find Stephen decent and professional enough but a customer service executive with the name Bazel is giving me a hardtime by providing unprofessional response while i double confirm on whether i should key in the IP address or the host name in the dedicated IP blank space. This is not what we as consumers expect of the award winning PUREVPN.

So in my final and most painful experience after i subscribed to PUREVPN, where i can't even get a stable connection on a China VPN. I was being told to connect manually to the hosts below

1. vlus-cn.pointtoserver.com (Stable but awfully slow and timesout sometimes.)
2. cn-hn1.pointtoserver.com (Very unstable, not possible to even browse. And the IP stated in the software after connected is referring to US location. Example 172.111.174.137 even after multiple attempts.)

I sincerely hope PUREVPN can handle this with professionalism before i consider a refund not even after subscribing for a few hours. Many thanks in advance for your kind and urgent attention.

Please get P:ureVPN working in China I can't access any of the servers for quite some time.

I have problem for loging in. Sometime it can log in but will drop off in a few second and sometimes can't loing in at all. Please explain what is the problem with your service.

We are having a very difficult time logining on a server now. Can you please look into the connection problems or address specifically problems we are having in China.

Still does not work after almost two months. Tired of trying things over and over that don't work. You did not fix this, and we had to get another VPN. I don't want to try any more of your workarounds. I have wasted DOZENS of hours I do not have. Please refund all of our money. Cheryl.

We in China really need a solution for this current crackdown that seems to be happening. I am getting no proxy internet at all.

Hello. I emailed you a long while back and you said China tightened their firewalls at the New Year and you were working on it and in the meantime I should follow the ideas noted. None of them worked on any of our computers so we bought Express VPN to tide us over (they have a 30 day money back guarantee). It has come and gone and Pure VPN doesn't work ever on any of our devices or computers. We want all of our money back because we are tired of repeatedly trying and trying your different solutions that don't work when all we should have to do is click one button.
