    I have tried to contact your on-line support but it doesn't seem to be working so I am using this method of contact.

    I am connecting to the UK server however when I try to access for example the bbc iplayer you have to go via bbc.co.uk however when I typr this in it changes to bbc.com and says it can't play bbc iplayer as I am not in uk! thought connectiong to UK server allowed this?

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have had the worst experience today with my PureVPN account, as it couldn't hold a connection and kept disconnecting. With what I do it's imperative I have a solid unbroken connection, and whilst you might expect the occasional glitch, to have the connection drop out every few minutes is not something I can deal with.

    My account is coming up for renewal in a few months, and I'd like to ask what's been happening? - as I'll be reluctant to renew my service if I cannot rely on it to function reliably.

    I have a macbook pro a1278 and had to put an older version of purevpn on it to work because the new one wouldn
    t. even though I have remember me checked I have to put in my password all he time because it shuts off and forgets me.

    ALSO, on my iphone, it shuts off all the time and I have to restart it every time I browse. having to do this is big inconvenience, especially for my wife who is not tech saavy.
