    Dashboard in Mac OS 10.9.5 client advertizes: "New Version for Mac available" although I am using the latest version. There is an arrow, a link I suppose, that does nothing when clicking on it.

    FYI, it's a waste of time; just want to prevent others from having to waste time. PureVPN-v1.99.8 is the latest;)

    Your service is really slow.

    Your new software does not find the fastest server. It just connects to the last server you used.

    I am now using the old software.

    No speed test.

    Extremely slow connection from China Southwest via ffastest servers in China, Hongkong or Japan. Videos impossible, even without encryption.

    What to do? Service not usable for videos. e-g- Youtube
