i've recently subscribed to your VPN service as i wish to view video streams from the UK and Australia.
i'm currently based in Singapore.

when connected to the Singapore VPN, the download speed is good.
when connected to the US VPN, the download speed is adequate.
however, when connected to either the UK or Australia VPN, the download speeds are in general bad (under 1Mbps), which makes it difficult to view the video streams in UK or Australia.

what can i do to obtain much better download speeds for these countries? and if there are any plans by PureVPN to improve these speeds?

Service works quite well, thank you.

A couple of things:
1) Feature request: one-click function and keyboard shortcut to switch to the next IP and/or server.
2) Small bug: after connection fails (Mac) and you dismiss error message box, the main window is minimized - have to bring it back to try again
3) Client UI looks blurry on MacBookPro Retina.

This VPN is very slow. when updating recent version, error occurs (dll permission denied or other). Almost impossible to use in china toward europe.. Very unsatisfied.

OK! So I purchased your service because your sales support team said you had VPN service for British Columbia Canada. I had been using the Kelowna, Canada VPN service since June of this year however, it is no longer on the listed as an available server. I require service for British Columbia, Canada. Terrible- connection is so tempermental- will be at 1000 kps one second and 0 the next- makes no sense. I am on a 200mbps fibre connection so there should be no issue with my own broadband. V. frustrating.

Hi! Just installed your new VPN program on a new computer (windows 8). Works fine.

One problem though (not related to program or computer): when loggin in to the German server,
I cannot log-in to Facebook, anymore. It says "bad IP". Using a different server, such as
Singapore works. Did anyone using the German server misuse it spamming Facebook?
Please follow up with Mark Zuckerberg and let me know.

When I choose different locations in the US, they get identified as coming from Phoenix.
I confirmed this with Atlanta and Washinton.
I need the connections to be originate from the location indicated by PureVPN

I still get blocked by facebook, when I want to open my facebook account while using Pure VPN.
