Why is my connection always dropped? I connect to the Stockholm server, for the purpose of anonimity, and then my connection is dropped in the middle of my internet activity. Is there any way to get an alert that the connection has dropped? Or to stop internet activity when the drop happens?

HI
I have been using your service for almost 2 years now. At times the service has
not been great but I have been satisfied that I can get on facebook despite slow
loading in China. However, today I have tried connecting to via a number of IP's
using the SSTP protocol. The service is broken. It takes 5 minutes to load a
facebook page. My renewal is soon and my friends on Astral have recommended
that I switch as they never have these problems.Thanks for your service but it may be time to cancel my subscription if the situation does not
improve. -

Previously used iPredator. It would allow me to automatically start and quit a specific program i.e.µtorrent when connecting and disconnecting. Excellent feature, actually a must feature. Should not be rocket science to implement.

really bad disconnections when gamming.
The disconnections last only for a short period but the game won't reconnect. -

I'm sorry to inform you that due to an incident we had to close your account permanently. We are no longer able to run an anonymization service due to legal issues we are facing.
We had to handover all customer’s information to the authorities unfortunately. They might contact you if they need any details about the case they are working on. The following information was handed over: your name, billing address and phone number provided during purchase and any documents we had on file (for example scan of your ID or driver’s license if you have provided these to our billing department).
We are also sorry we are not able to refund you, however if you wish your money back, please open a dispute on PayPal or file a chargeback with your credit card company. This is the only way we can refund you as our bank account is frozen during this investigation. We recommend you to do this as soon as possible as we can't guarantee all customers will get their money back.
We apologize once more this had to happen.
