Hi,
All last year, I was very happy with PureVPN. However, I don't think I will be using you in the future. I live in China, and it seems any server I choose won't connect. It just goes yellow, tries to connect. Makes me sit around for a minute and then goes back to green without connecting. I can't be bothered with it anymore and will use a different VPN.

Hi Guys, i just joined and have connected to one of your IP addresses in the UK (which is the location I'm seeking to work out of). My local IP server speed is at least 30MBS however the UK IP server through you has a very low speed of about 2MBS. Looking forward to your advice on how to fix this - I'll need at least 15MBS for successful use.

I bought your npv for China biut after only four days iit keeps getting turned off which makes watching or doing anything on the internet impossible
