It would appear that after a period of inactivity, there is a timeout and purevpn drops the connection.
If you come back after a getting a coffee or a meeting, you assume the vpn is still there.
There is no warning message that VPN has timed out and the icon doesn't change !!

1: I do not see why the feedback form fields eg email are not sticky or preloaded from account.
2: My biggest complaint is that on MacOS the toolbar icons do not show clearly both my colour, lighter grey and big X strikeout that the purevpn service is NOT running. This applies to both the p and the traffic icon.

Not sure which package I am on.
Would like the ability to specify a group of servers eg euro1 which had london, maidenhead, amsterdam etc or USA1 miami.... etc
And for the server to be selected at random from my predefined group. Possibly offering an option to switch server within group every say 60 mins?

Speed is really good and love the in-app feedback/support functions! Just a few comments for the mac purevpn client.
1. Should add the ability to swtich to OpenVPN directly from mac client.
2. Speeds in Connection status should be shown in kbps or kBps instead of Bytes....
3. In-app billing section doesnt work. Should have the ability to manage account directly from the client
4. Should support macbook Retina display
5. Icon on the status bar should change based on your connectibity

My slow speed issue still remains that may a local delivery problerm.

I am unable to down load any ITV programmes using Purevpn in conjunction with Get iPlayer Automator. An unexplained error occurs each time I try. Can you recommend an ITV downloader thart works with Purevpn?

I am having major problems connection to pandora thru a sonos system. Get error that it isn't available here. I got the purevpn strictly for this site and system. Fiz has not found an answer yet. What are you going to do??????

I am unable to connect with my purvpn application. Even though I am on the
internet I reveive various error messages. One say something about reloading
the app as an adminstrator. Another says somethings about RAS connection.. The
bottom line is that it isn't working and I need some assistance.
