    Occasionally the connection is dropped. I can understand that, but I cannot tell unless I bring up the dashboard window. Could you let us know by flashing the taskbar icon or some other way?Also, under settings I do not seem to be able to select any options.

    @Sean Doherty Thank you for your feedback. You may use PureVPN on your iOS devices. Just download the PureVPN app from app store and connect. You may also configure VPN manually by following our tutorials, available under tutorial section on our website.

    This service is horrible and your client interface is atrocious. Completely unreliable servers and when I have given feedback, I've gotten zero response.

    Thanks for recently adding servers in Italy as I require these to watch RAI TV in the UK.
    Are the servers in Italy going to be permanent?

    Hi
    I would really like you to add some kind of reminder if you connect without enable
    the encryption so people are aware of that the conection is unencrypted if they
    have not set that in settings, or that you will have encryption enabled from start
    and suggest to remove that if there are performance issues

    please please (on mac) make the purevpn icon on top of screen change color when connected as does the anchor free's "hotspot shield icon." thanks.

    @Jonathon Lewys It is the built-in functionality of the Operating Systems that whenever any device goes in Sleep Mode, the activities get off like VPN etc. Also, please join us on Live Chat at our website and we will assist you there accordingly in detail.
