    I have had alot of problems with my vpn and you finally helped me sort these out. The may have been because I was outside China that the vpn worked. Now I have returned to China today and I cannot even switch the vpn on I click connect and nothingh happens, I tried to contact you through live chat and it just says you cannot be connected. Plese what is happening?

    DO NOT tell people you're a quality VPN service for people in China. Because you aren't. You are in fact a really crappy VPN service for people in China. So please don't lie. It's unethical and a real shitty thing to do.
    I suggest you either FIX THIS or STOP LYING.
    Feedback - angry as hell.

    I can't seem to log in.

    I do not know what package I am using since I cannot find any way of package indentification.

    The program does not let me log in although I am obviously logged in by the fact that I am able to write to you.

    So far this is not working at all. Any help would be appreciated.

    Please allow cut and paste into password field so I can use textepander , and/or kewybaord maestro and / or 1password
    to fill password field.

    Please allow user to change password.

    Once again. Not connecting using L2TP or PPTP. The window pure opens up in is still going completely blank and when I do get on the connection does not last.

    My VPN connection disconnects after a few minutes. I've tried toggling back and forth between PPTP and L2PT. L2PT doesn't connect at all; PPTP is the connection that cuts out frequently. I hav set my IP addrress according to your instructions and have used 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
    I'm weary of this experience. Please help.

    I just bought the 49.95 package and i cant seem to sign in the vpn. It keeps telling me that the password is incorrect so i changed the password, yet still the error is occuring. Can i get some assistance?

    Hi there,

    I've been using PureVPN with pleasure for a little over a month now. I'm very happy with your service so far. One thing I have noticed though is that the Windows cliënt does not offer an option to start minimized, a function i'd really like to see implemented. I hope to welcome this option in the future.

    Hi, My account was disabled for sharing a movie apparently, this makes no sence as torrents dont work when I am online with PUREVPN. Please re-activate my account, I need it for work right now and I can not access any other way to contact purevpn as the site, and livechat do not work from china.
