    @Michael Welch Please try switching between protocols i.e PPTP/L2TP, and if still your disconnection problem persists then contact us via live chat and we will assist you accordingly.

    I am still experiencing spontaneous losses of the connection. This is not a good VPN. Is it too late to get some kind of refund and cancel this?

    @Brian Rasche Thanks for your suggestion. We are already working to make this option available for Mac, iOS, Android and other devices as we have done it in Windows already.

    It would be nice if the client re-connected when the computer resumed from sleep mode. Tunnelblick does.

    @Mike W Please try switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP and switching between the servers. Also please change the DNS of your device.Also please share with us which operating system you are using so that we may assist you more precisely.

    I'd find it very helpful if you put the servers in some sort of order. They appear to be listed completely randomly.

    Also, in your documentation for installing on the iPad, it would be helpful if you explained the secert required, which is in niehter the introductory email nor on your site, meaning I had to waste your support personnel's time to ask for it.

    I am not sure about my answer to the "package using" question, but I wrote to you a little over a week ago and I am still experiencing numerous disconnections using this VPN. I am not happy at all with this service. I live and work in China.

    Could you make it a little less resource intensive. Other clients: Tumbleblick and vpn4all clients are much easier on battery life.

    @Peter Liang We have introduced this feature in our Windows latest Build in the Settings tab, that when VPN drops the internet activities get stopped. We are also working to make the feature available with all operating systems.

    When VPN is connected, it should show the connection status in the menu / status bar because VPN can be interrupted while browsing and the user may not know and cause security concern.

    I have bought a licence for a year with invoice 258579.
    I have tried to connect:
    username= email adress in invoice=
    guentergerber@mac.com and I have set a password. But it nevver worked always saying username or paaword is wrong.
    have I made something wrong?
    Can I reset the password or the username?

    @Antonia - Please share with us your operating system and also please share with us where are you located. Have you tried by switching between servers and also check by changing DNS settings.

    your service haven't been supporting youtube for a few months now.... what's going on?? :( I can't watch youtube anymore.

    When I choose the fastest server in the US I connect and check my IP and it is in Canada not the US. If I manually connect toa server in the US it works. It seems that when I connect to the Washington server in the US it gives me a Canadian IP. WHY?

    Hi there,

    It would be great to see a change to the Mac app, so that the country can be selected from the toolbar instead of having to bring the dialer to the front. It just makes things quicker and more aesthetically pleasing. A simple addition to the menu suh as 'Recent connections' listing perhaps 3 or 5 most recent server connections would be great, much like this:
