    Dear Mrs / Sir,

    The servers from the Netherlands are a litte bit to less. Need mostly of the time wait for connect to a server. Sometimes a need 10 till 20 times the bottom to connect.

    Maybe you can do something to make it better.

    I would really really really like to have the ability to switch IP's on the fly. It could be a button added to that app that when clicked switches to a different server or however it needs to be done.

    Hi. I want to use Australian VPN to view local websites, such as ABC.com. However, the website does not allow access, advising me I'm outside Australia. Can you please advise what is occurring here? Thanks.Andrew

    Up to now it never worked properly, before buying it we made a big study about which ones were good vpns and i dont understand why you are there

    unable to load purevpn. Cannot access gmail emails. Yahoo requires a code for their email. Cannot get code as email access not available.
    PureVPN say to Install TAP driver to use open VPN.
    Rt click task bar icon - click reinstall open VPN.
    That is not an option when right clicking task bar icon.
    I am froze out of options. Can you do something there to open purevpn for me and give me way to install open VPN?

    I use purevpn to access chinese website in USA. I try some DNS address(cn1, cn-hn1, vlus-cn1), But some chinese websites seem not be able to acceess.
    Could you please tell me how to do?

    I am often disconnected and when try to reconnect see a lower ribbon that says, : Install TAP Driver to use open VPN. Right click task bar icon -click "reinstall Open VPN." unfortunately the task bar offers no such option and I can find no mention of open VPN anywhere or locate a users manual to help me with answering questions. My Live Chat button brings me to a blank support screen that does nothing. My feedback is that I wish more support was provided to make the use of PureVPN more enjoyable, easy and less frustrating.

    I have been unable to contact you via email as it is not working. I am unable to connect my 2 M8S tv boxes (android 4.4.2) it knows my location but when I click UK it says connecting to fastest server and crashes and I have to reboot everything. I have tried uninstalling but when I try to reinstall, google play closes. My laptop is ok. I have a 2 year contract so pls help.

    A connection could not be established to the PPP server. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.

    Hi,

    I buy two year VIP, and the speed is getting slowly and slowly, I even cannot oper youtube.com now, and most of the country server cannot connect.. It make me very disappointed. Can you make the connection steable and faster, I'm locate in Guangzhou, China.

    Hi PureVPN,

    I am currently in China, so I need VPN to work really bad, because I need to graduate.
    Everytime I try to connect I get the following note: Error 647 Account is disabled.
    Can you please help me?
    I do have a working Wi-Fi and a valid account.
    Currently three other people are in the same room as me working with PureVPN as well.
