    With the China fastest server, I cannot open google. Why is that?

    The connection is VERY slow, about 1/3 slower than my usual connection (about 10 Mbps instead of the 16 Mbps I usually have).
    Even when I connect hrough Italian servers (which I'd rather NOT do) it does not improve.
    Any suggestions?

    Pure VPN doesn't work with streaming Netflix content from the USA. When I log into Netflix I get a message that I have to turn it off.

    When I try to connect it says that my username and password are not recognized. I recently moved my computer to another location, so how does that change my usernam and password

    I have renewed my PureVPN using credit card and received acknowledgement over 30 hours ago.
    The vpn was expired but now I cannot open it.

    What is the procedure for resetting an expired vpn account?

    I don't find like on the phone option to stop connection or downloads if purevpn disconnect. would be nice to have this option also on mac and option to switch server without disconnection also. May i be detected if I begin astream or download and pure vpn disconnect? thanks
