I'm currently stationed in Korea and have been able use pure vpn for the last few months minus the past week. i haven't been able to log onto netflix thru it as that is the main reason i got the subsription for it. It keeps coming back sayint it is not authorized in the country. I need to get this fixed and not sure what to do or i will have to cancel my subscription and go with another vpn company.

Hi the VPN service is quite great! But i just tries the Split Tunneling function which doesn't work well. I lunched the browser from the list and connected the VPN server. The Internet is OK but i couldn't connect to the website like Youbube which is blocked in China. I don't know what's the problem. Of course it i turn off split tunneling, everything works well

I'm having problem when try to use VPN to access china to use youku apps,
I've try cn1.purevpn.net ( this one cannot use for youku )
vlus-cn1.purevpn.net ( this one connection slow until always in buffer )do i have other server to use ?

Everytime I closed down my computer and come back later and turn it on, I lose
my login name and password and my apps in split tunneling. I have not noticed
any speed increase in up load or down load speed. Ran the speed test and
get the same numbers as before.
Dont' know what is going on..................help. thank you -

this is rough setup without offering automatically the best connection speed location we have to guess and get poor speeds and waste valuable time trying many of them--really? must be a better solution guys.
otherwsie cancel my servcie before third day is up as there are many other VPN providers out there. After 90 mins of this shit and poor chat support I'm about out of patience. -

I had two separate problems yesterday...
My isp had blocked my office ip address so i could not access any email.
Your email support requres token value VIA EMAIL ......:-(
also token email did not get copied to MYEMAILS area.
(ask helpdesk mckenzie for more info if needed)Second my toshiba laptophas 1366 x 768.
Your new FIXED SIZE panel IS NOT RESIZABLE,
and as i could not access the title bar
I COULD NOT USE PUREVPN AT ALL :-(please fix this asap !!!!!!

Having bought your product the installation upon Windows 7 desktop was easy and intuitive.
I really wanted it for my Toshiba Netbook for when I travel. Installationhas failed despite the massive number of instructions for Windows XP. I even installed LINUX and still failed.
However - I have Hotspot Shield on the Windows XP. It installed itself just like your product on Windows 7.
I am afarid I have spent too much time trying to do the simplest thing - install your product. Judging from the enquiries on the internet I am not unique here - far from it.I know you have a 3 day money back policy - hardly enough time to try and fail to download the product is it?
