Recently I'm experiencing connection problems. The purevpn client is taking ages to connect, or it can't connect at all. When connected the connection speed is terrible. Websites have trouble loading. The second I disconnect from purevpn websites are loading quickly again.
Connecting to nearby countries Belgium/Germany is hardly any better.
I'm on windows 8.1
My ISP is Telfort. -

because im conected from a hard risk region,
right now i cant use my account.
it says on the email that i should purchase a new account, which im not going

please could you please fix this problem and enable my account
as soon as posiible.obviously the email sounds fake. this is the second time it gappes so would you please work on that,

I don't understand where I get to the "Hosted Browser". I paid for it, but there is no mention of Gold package on the website, only in the program.
Please help me to undestand how to take advantage of the 20Mbps browser that I paid for.

Since I made my subscribtion I have not had one single day with high speed. Following your supports suggestions do not resolve the speed issue. Only issue that they have been able to resolve was the connection issue by disableing security when I was using Android devices. Strange enough it works without issue from Windows without disableing security. Opening the ports that is used will not give give any connection. Youl properly say this is a configuration issue which I can approve. But I can in no way accept that only information about what to set is opening ports. This just confirm that there are missing information to get it to run.
Now I simply got tiered of strugleing around with PureVPN and started using ny old VPN provider BeeVPN. Using BeeVPN everything works without issues. I even have a fair speed.
Your VPN has simply been the worst experince I have ever had using a VPN connection.As you might already guess I am a very dissatisfied customer who feel cheated as you are stating you are the best VPN provider. I payed for one year subscribtion and have not have one single day where I am satisfied.
I simply require to get the money back. Keep what it have been costing for the useless time I had my subscribtion but give me a refund for the rest of the one year subscribtion.

Im working in china using purevpn software but every minute or short time i am automaticly disconected, so its impossible to work

The pc program is not working for 2 days now. It does connect, but doesent recieve the information from server, doesnt open any site i try to enter.
I tried uninstail, and instail again the program, but didnt work.
Hope for some feedback as soon as possible. -

Hi I subscribed to your serices about one month ago. I'm subscribing per 1 month only because I'm trying all VPN services available to know wich one I should stick with.
I just wanted to let you know that from all the 8 services I've tried so far, IPVanish is the best (reliable and fast servers) and PureVPN is the worst (absolute crap).

Hulu will not connect because of my IP address this has happened in the past but was resolved quickly, this time it has not worked for two weeks. Will it be resolved soon?

Don't seem to be able to access BBC I player, which is one of the reasons I got the
PureVPN. I log on to PureVPN and use fastest servere UK but still get the error message
when I try to use iplayer? -

Split tunneling doesn't work most of the time. (Connected but browser is still using my normal connection).
Firefox crashes on a regular basis when using split tunneling.
