    Why I connect to the HongKong fatest servor, my streaming speed is still far lower than my normal speed without connecting to Pure VPN?????

    What a joke!!!!!!!!!!! I take exception to the fact that I can't even check my email to see your feedback and it says I am connected. Thank you so much for ruining my day. An appropriate and simple explanation for a highly dissatisfied customer would be most welcome. But since pure vpn won't work even when it is connected I guess I'll be using astrill to read your reply. Sad!! Get it worked out!!! You surely can do better than this staus quo!! Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

    Stationed in China I find your vpn service to be an utter scam and the worst vpn service I have encountered. I have tried at least 6 companies! Purevpn turns on and disconnects and then on and it disconnets and then on and then it disconnects. And guess what happenened after that, it disconnects!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    And is has way too much tech talk!!! I'm not an expert nor am I a novice to this but I just need a vpn to provide a service that other companies provide with much faster and easier on and off buttons for internet access in China. And is there a reason that purevpn has to have different user names and passwords for each user. It's unneccssary and a waste of precious time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    t was better before when we had several choices on servers for US and Canada.
    Now it is choosing the fastest server in each country and it is really slow.

    I'm running PureVPN on an iMac.
    It would be really nice if I could tell at a glance it the VPN is connected or not by looking at the little icon in the status bar at the top of the screen. Could you make it change color or shade or something?

    I can not use Pure VPN for some programds such as PokerStars.exe,
    I was aim using vpn for this program but now i am dissappointed.
    Can you please explain this?
    If i can't use VPN for all programs, so you can't call this as VPN.

    Hi, presently I am your China servers at chongqing. I am facing slow speed.
    Previously I used your servers at Guangzhou...they are ok. But these days,
    the guangzhou servers are not working. I alos tried your automatic connection
    for China servers, they are also not working. Pls help and advise. Awaiting your
    favourable reply.

    I had a longer discussion with Hummer at your Tech Support. The discussion finished with an decision to upgrade my problem to a hifger tecnical level. My problem is that the connection between France and Sweden is very bad since some days. (I had a question if Your servers were involved in the great police-razzia agains a server-hall near Syockholm?) I have tried all the usal changement between PPDP and LPTP without any result. Anything more I can do?

    Hi Pure VPN! So my wife says we need to get on a VPN. Decided to try your service for a month and see what it's like. OMG! This is simply fantastic. My download speed just doubled and we can watch anything! Totally Outstanding. Thank You very much.

    Please implement an auto connect feature that connects automatically after the server was disconnected.
