@noorhussain - In order to better assist you please share the following information:
1) Which server do you try to connect?
2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly -

Dear Sir,
My VPN is due for renewal and unfortunately, for the last week I have had a combination of no internet, combined with a computer failure. These issues have now been sorted out and I can now renew my subscription.
I started a dialogue with somebody from your office last week but for the life of me, I can't find the messages to reply directly, so I am starting over once again.
Please let me know what I have to do to pay and renew my subscription.

Hi,
it would be great to have an option that blocks all netwok traffic in case the VPN falls down and that reconnects automatically if it falls.

hi,
I just wanted to let you know that your software mac is really bad:
- doesn't follow macosx standard GUI
- hangs up for a long time with poor international connexion (got fiber but vietnam international cable is cut)
- not able to switch to the app with cmd+tab is just stupid
- ask again the password of the vpn everytime i connectcheers

Refer to the above e-mail. The information given in the email is of not much use in China as without VPN one cannot connect to most of sites including yours so refering to your website for further information is pointless. please provide point by poit instruction on how to set up VPN for Mac keeping in mind that we CANNOT access the web BEFORE setting up VPN. This e-mail is written from a GUI called PureVPNClient downloaded on initial opening of the account. It seems to work sometimes but very erraticaly and the behaviour is suspect. -

Your servers are getting stacked. de, cz, us and others sometimes working, but most of the time slow like nothing or even not reachable. Is there any chance you will change that?
