    I use to live in China, the app for Mac os doesn't work so good, every time I want to connect I need to write down the password, the connection is not stable, L2TP protocol most of the time doesn't connect and with another services i had before was working good, I think the interface should change a little bit, it shakes oftenly... looks very regular service if I compare with another services I had before, I hope my words help the company and the service to work better, thank you!

    Now the GFW blockage or censorship in China is even more severe than ever which resulted in a

    dramatic dowloading speed via your freevpn China version in those days. Now your purevpn performs well in terms of unblockage..
    I sincerely hope you could continue your focus on the GFW blockage in China and accordingly upgrade your service.

    It'd be very useful if the client version was stated somewhere. I can't find it, and the website does not have dates for the updates so I do not know if I need to upgrade.

    Since today, your Finalnd IP address 185.2.28.166 is located in Sweden, meaning none of my services confined to Finland are working anymore. A couple of days ago, everything was fine. I have several logs and screenshots proving PureVPN is connected to Finland IP, but service providers and whatsmyip are claiming it is in Sweden.

    Hello!

    Just wanted to give you a liitle heads up: either "Redial Automatically if connection
    drops" doesn't work or I think it means something else. In any case, several times
    now status reverted back to "connect now" seemingly without any reconnection
    attempts. Also, I was wondering if you maybe have an ETA when split tunneling is
    going to work under Win7 64-bit. Does it work under Win8 64-bit perhaps?

    Other than that, I really like purevpn, god work people :).

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I'm having problem accessing various websites while using the vpn - it seems to be becoming increasingly unreliable.
    Google, facebook and youtube are all showing to me as unavailable despite being connected to a US or Hong Kong server.
    Is there anything you can suggest to improves this?
