Would it be possible to add a connection / disconnection log to the software. Sometimes the software disconnects on its own, and it would be helpful to see when it was disconnected when no-one has been in front of the computer.

Hi guys,
app works fine at the moment. Till China will not stop the use of VPN either.
I have just a suggestion for the PC dashboard app.
when I have no internet connection there is a bothering popup shows contunuesly reminding me the is no internet connection. Obviously everybody knows that.
Using laptops often we work ofline and that message bother so much. Although I close it, it appeass back immediately.
My suggenstion is to show once then never come back, otherwise a user have to close the VPN interface.thanks

The purevpn seems to work well on my ipad for facebook etc in China. However I cannot use any social network or google on my laptop.
The connection is continually lost also. Not sure if this is down to the VPN or router though. Any ideas?

My 12 months subscription is up for renewal in 1 week. I have to say that I will not be renewing with you.
Your sevice is basically unusable from China. (I'm in Shanghai). It's so slow no matter which country I'm connecting to, be it HK, KOR, TW. Once in a while, I need to connect to US servers to watch some sports.
Well, let's just say it doesn't even connect most of the time. This past few days, I've been trying Astrill. Although they're a little bit more expensive, their service is more usable.
Unless you can convince me to stay with you in the next week. I'm out and will recommend others to go as well.

Great product PureVpn.
Here is another suggestion. I haven't tested this product out in some of the Free public WIFi
airports in the world like KLIA (Malasyia), but I would like it very much if you guys can get the VPN client to
work especially with VOIP services as we get ripped off for global roaming data charges especially when we can't access
VOIP services. -

Just wanted to say how SHIT your connections have been for the last 3 months. I am on a 12 month plan, when I first started the connections lasted upto 3-5 days. NOW I have to RE-CONNECT every 2-5 hours, this is complete SHIT, LIFT your game immediately, or else I will go elsewhere when my 12 months is up, and ALSO use SOCIAL MEDIA to dutifully INFORM the world how SHIT your connections are!

I have sent similar feedback before. It is just that every time I nned to chat with Tech support, it never ceases to amaze me how BAD my experience is!
I am not a novice to VPN's and only request additional info on, usually, advanced question, but these guys are CLUELESS. Recently, I asked, wich was bettrer for filesaharing, UDP or TCP protocol? Their answer: you can connect to either! I KNOW that! I asked for an expert opinion, and they give me THAT answer. When I asked AGAIN, which one was better for my purpose, their answer: they are the SAME! There is nothing that is the same about then except they are transfer protocols!
I have had similar experience EVERYTIME I have to ask a question.
I would NEVER recommend PureVPN to ANYONE that needs ANY kind of assistance, except for maybe a setup. If you need anything beyond their scripts, tech support is useless! So the ONLY people I would recommend your service to would be people whp will never need tech supporft!
And I am really still frustrated about the Windows 64 bit client not being able to auto-connect on bootup. When is THAT going to be fixed? It has been over 6 weeks that I know of that it has not functioned.
On a positive note, I love your speeds and the fact I get no NAT conflicts with my P2P program, although that scares me a bit since my P2P program specifically says that I SHOULD get NAT conflicts while using a VPN. Makes me wonder if PureVPN is truily secure and anonymous.

I am an older person and have downloaded your software which I was hoping I would not have to do anything to it at this end.Could you tell me whether your system is working OK?Do I have to do anything?
