    @ travis - In order to better assist you please share the following information:
    1) Which server do you try to connect?
    2) Do you get same error on other servers or just on specific one ? Please share the error number or screen shot if possible.
    3) Do you use manual VPN connection or PureVPN Client?
    4) Have you tried by switching between the protocols i.e. PPTP and L2TP?
    5) What is your OS (Operating System: Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, Router etc)?
    6) Where are you located and share the purpose for which you want to use VPN and we will guide you accordingly

    @Jonathan Maizel - It is to inform you that once you connect VPN on Mac it will show you the key option at the top of your screen and also it will show you the network traffic graph having connected with VPN.

    I have spent the last three days in Beijing, and have been successfully using PureVPN to access Google, Facebook and Skype.

    I have used the PPTP protocol, with an Australian or US server. It works both on my laptop and Andriod phone.

    hello. I am using the software on both PC and Mac. For PC, the software works great and the user interface is nicely designed. On the Mac, however, the user interface is lacking. My main concern with the interface is that I cannot tell if the software is running in the background as there is no icon or symbol--either in the dock or in the taskbar--to show that it is running. Can you fix this on the Mac software? Regards.

    I am in China using US fastest connection.....every day i get an email from Health Freedom.org. Inside, are articles that I want to read, but connect to links such as elist.healthfreedom.org and while using the VPN, I can not connect. It will always time out. Why is this happening? Other free connection tools I use allow the connection. It is only while using PureVPN that I can not get to the site. Thanks.
