    i hope cancel my order .because i can't connect any VPN .
    it's terrible,i am busy for five hours,but i am failed.

    Dear VPN,
    it is more than three weeks that I am trying to connect but ther is an issue with my account ditails.
    I wrote and recieved many emails but the problem is not solved yet.
    I had the same problem one month before but in this case your tecnichians solved the issue at the first try.
    I paid for one year service, but since now I lost about one month for some issues concerning with access.
    I am not satisfied about your service and if my problem will not be solved soon or if, once solved, the same problem will persist monthly again and again, I don't have choise than to cancel my subscription.

    Pathetic speed. can't even watch a video streaming.. it's pausing in every 40 seconds. it runs fine for a minute or 2 when i connect and then starts pausing in every few seconds.

    it is very disappointing that i cant stream on any websites with your software to watch ICC cricket world cup on my imac or iphone in australia. I wasted my money signing up.

    Split Tunneling is buggy. In your pre-sales (website) it's listed as a FEATURE, yet on the app it's BETA (and buggy). I added an app to the Split Tunnelling console, but have to launch it from within PureVPN in order for it to be VPN'd. I would assume that if I add that app in the Split Tunnelling console, it's ALWAYS going to use the VPN (even when not launched from within the PureVPN console). I only discovered that it's not being VPN'd - when run outside PureVPN - when I monitored traffic and saw that whilst it was actively downloading, there was no traffic/activity in PureVPN. So if I want to (say) VPN my Thunderbird email sessions, I have to launch Thunderbird from within the Split Tunneling console. Not great for apps that typically launch on startup or as a service, or are triggered by another event.

    The Mac Purevpn dialer needs to be on par with the Windows version. I can't believe that aftetr so many years it is still inferior to the Windows version

    Hello PureVPN,

    Previously I'm using the PureVPN to play the online game from China.
    I'm connecting to the cn.pointtoserver.com server.
    Before this week, the game network is good, not best but acceptable for the game play.
    The in-game network montiro show a PING at 200 ~ 400 average, most time it around 300 PING.
    BUT since this week, when I play the game, the in-game show the PING always above 700, and what even more worse is that the VPN not stable, the PIN is from 700 to 3200, and then back to 1200, then around 1000 or go up to 3000, and most the network package looks like dropped.

    What happens to the PureVPN on this? I'm from China, and try the Auto connect for the China Fatest Server, but it ONLY show me the China IP Address after connected, can NOT open Youtube, but if I manually connect with cn.pointtoserver.com, it can OPEN the Youtube, but I do be IMPACTED by the Online Game play!

    Please have a check on the China Server or Network, and please help to get the network condition of VPN back to the average 300 PING.

    While connevted on a mac, should show the icon on the top menu on a different color when connected to know when the connection has drop
